Renuka Lama has been elected as the Councillor for Warriparinga, City of Marion, in Adelaide, South Australia. Lama has worked as Non-Resident Nepalese Association's state co-ordinator and is a registered nurse by occupation. From putting simultaneous effort in her health and political profession, she talks about the opportunities and challenges for women in Australian politics.
