Three years on: Debate continues over Nepal's constitution

On 20th of September Nepal celebrated its Constitution Day to commemorate the day when its first ever constitution as a secular, multi party republic came into effect. Some say the constitution is one of the best in South Asia while others object to aspects of the constitution, calling it discriminatory. Advocate Dr Chandra Kanta Gyawali shares his opinion about the Nepali Constitution 2015.
