Who is a Nepali? Is it someone who is born in Nepal or does being a Nepali transcend borders? With the goal of starting a conversation on this topic and increasing digital literacy in Nepal, a video and photo competition has been organized by Code for Nepal. One of its members, Roshan Ghimire spoke to SBS Nepali about the competition.
