Children's playtime has been shown to decrease as parents become busier. According to studies, some children spend as little as two percent of their time playing each week. Parents' busy schedules often disrupt their children's playtime due to work commitments. Consequently, a third of Australian children spend only three hours a week engaging in sports and outdoor activities. This issue is not unique to the Australian context but extends to the Nepali community as well. So, how do Nepali parents manage their time for their kids? SBS Nepali spoke to some parents.
