A new report has found disasters fueled by climate change were the top driver of human displacement over the last decade.

The report by humanitarian organisation Oxfam shows more than 20 million people across the globe have been displaced in that time.

As the United Nations Climate Summit gets underway in Madrid today, Dec 2, Oxfam is calling on world leaders to reduce emissions and provide more support to displaced communities.
