Federal crossbenchers have made a new appeal to the Government to establish a Federal ICAC slamming both major parties for their response to allegations of corruption and misconduct against Crown Casino.
Crown denies any wrongdoing, but on Tuesday (July 30th) Attorney General Christian Porter referred the claims to the Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity.
The crossbenchers are dissatisfied with the government's response though and want the allegations to be looked at by a more powerful inquiry...
