Doug Watkin presents Rebel With A Cause as it premieres at the 2023 Melbourne International Film festival

Rebel With A Cause a new four-part documentary series celebrating four iconic and outstanding Queensland First Nations rebels - Senator Neville Bonner, poet Ooodgeroo Noonuccal, magistrate Pat O’Shane and media icon Tiga Bayle – who put everything on the line for change. The film premiered on August 9 in the context of the 2023 Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) and will feature on NITV and SBS On Demand later this year.
