Dean Greeno is a finalist in the 2024 Telstra National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Art Awards. 

His art practice is mostly sculptural and reflects the resilience and cultural heritage of the Pakana and Palawa peoples.

In a conversation with NITV Radio Dean Greeno explained how he is heavily Influenced by traditional hunting and crafting skills passed down by this great grandfather.

Beyond sculpture, the artist is actively involved in sharing cultural knowledge through film, talks, and community engagement.
