Nasara -Yarning mini fest will be held in Sydney on January 26 as an inclusive and diverse program representative of leaders from Australian South Sea Islanders Tweed Heads/Sydney, Vanuatu, local Aboriginal elders, Torres Strait Islanders, Caribbean, Tonga, Fiji, Tukalau and Samoan communities.
Nasara-Yarning organisers say Jan 26 offers an opportunity to reflect on our rich and diverse culturally cohesive history, respect for truth-telling narratives and celebrate resilience and cultural diversity.
Though Nasara-Yarning mini fest is a free event open to all communities, registration is mandatory.
