The new Co-Chairs at the helm of the National Congress of Australia's First Peoples renew the relationship between Congress and the federal government.
The co-chairs - Dr Jackie Huggins - a Bidjara/Birri Gubba Juru woman from Queensland and Mr Rod Little - a Yamatji and Nyoongar man from WA both brings many years experience with them.
Rod Little has a long body of work behind him and a big list in front - including negotiations with the ACT Government and a new Justice Partnership.
Rod supports the cultural rights of First Nations people to be based on the United Nations Declaration on Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
