The NT is introducing biosecurity zones to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in remote communities, residents in flood-affected communities in SA's north becoming increasingly concerned as roads and rails have been cut off, and for the first time Australia will have dual flag-bearers at a Winter Olympics opening ceremony.
