As we were going to air the NSW Deputy Coroner Derek Lee handed has found prison officials who restrained an Aboriginal man shortly before he died in custody were not motivated by malicious intent.
SBS News reports that the family of David Dungay and their supporters reacted angrily at the findings.
Outside the NSW coroner's court in Lidcombe they shouted "You say accident, we say murder".
