Nungurra elder Tauto Sansbury is happy to see future leaders speaking out at Kaurna Invasion Day Rally.

Uncle Tauto Sansbury was in good spirits at the rally, he says he is ready to take on the year and spoke of the hard work ahead regarding Treaty, Sovereignty and community engagement.

As the rally moved through Adelaide City, many people headed out afterwards to relax and catch up at the Spirit Festival at Semaphore.

Narungga elder Tauto Sansbury won last years- Lifetime Achievement Award for NAIDOC week and was pleased to listen to young people stepping up and speaking out on January 26 on European invasion and First Nations survival.
