The New South Wales Premier has announced a one billion dollar infrastructure fund saying rebuilding starts now. This fund will be used to repair critical infrastructure such as roads, rail and schools. Alongside government allocations are private donations... the largest is 70 million from mining magnate Andrew Forrest.
