A new uniform for First Nations midwives is rolled out to create awareness about the unacceptably high mortality rate of First Nations women and babies. The Huggies® Sister Scrubs also acknowledge Indigenous midwives’ immeasurable work delivering more culturally appropriate care as well as their invaluable contribution to the healthcare system.
