The Covid19 pandemic sees a rise in the Australian realestate prices

Real estate prices in Australia in the last 12 months have risen by an average of 20% , it is the fastest growth since 1989. At the same time, the market saw a record number of properties being sold, the highest in nearly 20 years, says financial advisor Michał Brandt.
