Australia now plays India in a virtual quarter-final on Sunday to decide who moves into the semi-finals.

Australia has knocked Pakistan out of the world cup by winning the T20 game by 21 runs on Friday to set up a virtual quarter-final against India on Sunday. Australia put up a total of 193/4 in 20 overs against Pakistan at Mohali, with Steve Smith scoring 61 from 43 balls and Shane Watson's 44 from 21 balls.

Pakistan fell short and could only reach 172/8 in 20 overs but this T20 game between Australia vs Pakistan will be remembered for the way Steve Smith despatched Wahab Riaz’s delivery into the fence.

This shot by Smith has gone viral on social media. Take a look at how the right handed batsman went nearly at the edge of the pitch and hit Wahab's full-toss delivery that followed him, for a boundary.
Smith's bizarre shot surely entertained the spectators and his team-mates in the dugout. And the social media was instantly set abuzz.
