Cr. Khan’s upcoming 16-bedroom residence has been dubbed as ‘InTAJ Mahal’ by some, a home definitely large enough to accommodate his wife and five children.
Cr. Intaj Khan hopes to move to his imposing mansion sometime next year.
The announcement to spend $9.5 million on a residential property in Tarneit raised quite a few eyebrows.
“Some people have said ‘You’d have to be an idiot to spend $9.5 million in the west, you’ll never get that money back,” says Cr. Khan.
“But why would I go to Brighton or Toorak? You’re not going to get a 10-acre block in Toorak,” he told Domain.
The ‘InTAJ Mahal’ will have four kitchens, two outdoor cooking areas, twelve large living areas plus eight spacious dining areas, five large outdoor entertainment areas, seven secure car spaces and over thirty onsite car spaces, two large meeting rooms.
