Cricket superstar Chris Gayle is taking legal action over Fairfax Media reports that allege he exposed himself to an Australian woman.
Defamation specialist Mark O'Brien says he will begin proceedings against Fairfax on the West Indian's behalf.
Gayle is expected to play in Saturday's Big Bash League Melbourne derby as the West Indies Cricket Board starts to investigate the claims made by Fairfax.
