Police in Sydney are investigating the deaths of a man and woman at a home in the western suburb of Smithfield, what they believe is an incident of murder-suicide.
Though the police are yet to identify them, they have been described as a couple of 'Indian appearance'.
The Daily Telegraph reported that 35-year-old Tasnim Bahar had taken her three-year-old daughter to her former partner for the Father's day, with whom she had six-year relationship.
Police are continuing investigations and are not seeking any other parties in relation to this.
"At this stage no other parties are being sought in relation to the matter," the police statement read.
Yesterday, some neighbours told The Daily Telegraph that the couple who lived at the home had recently separated and the woman and young girl had moved out earlier this year.

"She has been gone for months. She took the daughter with her, so I was surprised to see her car there today," one neighbour said.
Police will prepare a report on the deaths for the Coroner.
