Glowing tribute paid to Woolgoolga Sikhs in Australian Parliament

In a speech that lasted over three minutes, Mr Hogan paid rich tributes to the Sikh community of Woolgoolga, saying "they have made an enormous contribution to our community, economically, culturally and socially.
