It's not just Cricket that's being talked about at the Indian Premier League (IPL) in India this year. Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani's son Anant Ambani is perhaps a bigger talking point as he is trending on twitter.
Anant who is often seen at the IPL matches cheering the Mumbai team lost 108 kg in 18 months. According to reports, Anant followed a natural way to lose weight. His fitness regime included 21-kilometer walk, yoga, weight training, functional training, high-intensity cardio exercises etc. He also followed a zero-sugar, low carb diet with adequate fat and protein.
An achievement to be proud of for sure. Anant won praise for his discipline and determination from Indian skipper, MS Dhoni.
As a child, he suffered from chronic asthma and strong medication led to the weight gain.
Though he was warned that losing weight in a natural way will be an uphill task, but the young Ambani was apparently determined to achieve his goal of getting fit before his 21st birthday.
His mother Nita Ambani is very happy at her son's achievement and reportedly proud of his dedication.
