Indian forest officials are considering using Calvin Klein's (CK) ‘Obsession for Men’ cologne to seduce an elusive tigress suspected of killing at least 16 people in the state of Maharashtra.
The six-year-old 'man-eater' ‘T1’ tiger, also known as Avni and mother of two cubs, has been evading authorities for past six months, who have used every possible means - from camera traps to tranquillizer guns, thermal drones and foot patrols, to nab the Felidae.
The latest bid failed last week after one of the elephants brought in to corral the tigress went wild and mauled a woman.
Having exhausted all conventional methods, wildlife authorities are now considering spraying the strong CK scent near the traps to lure the tigress, reported the New York Times.
“I know it’s really funny. But what can we do?” Sunil Limaye, a wildlife official involved in the hunt, told the New York Times.
Here’s why you should never wear Calvin Klein's ‘Obsession’ cologne to the zoo:

But while other brands like Fendi, Imari and even Chanel have proven to be effective, CK’s Obsession has been billed as most irresistible to the cat family, by the experts.

The CK 1986 fragrance marketed as ‘potent and powerful’ is a big hit among the brand’s fans. But whether it be able to attract the big wild cat, remains to be seen.
