Batting first, Pakistan set a modest total of 5/118 in the rain-reduced allocation of 18 overs.
India faltered at the start, losing their top three batsmen cheaply - with Mohammed Sami on-a-hatrick in the very first over, sending Shikhar Dhawan and Suresh Raina back to the sheds!

After Yuvraj fell to Wahab Riaz, captain MS Dhoni joined Kohli and scored the winning runs, finishing at 13no.
Virat Kohli remained unbeaten, his 55no knock winning him man-of the match title, as well as a chance for India to stay in the hunt for the World T 20 title.
India has also retained its perfect winning streak in limited over World Cup maches against Pakistan. The 6-wicket at Kolkata's Eden Gardens, is in fact India's 11th against Pakistan in their World Cup play-offs.
