26-year-old Alisha Abdullah is the only Indian woman superbike racer who also dons the hat of the fastest Indian woman car driver.
In 2014, Alisha became the first Indian woman to get a podium finish in an international Motorsport competition, the Toyota VIOS cup.
Having started Go Karting when she was barely nine, she won the MRF National Go Karting Championship at the age of 13.

Alisha then moved on to formula car racing and managed to come fifth in the National car racing championship, 2004. She made the switch from four wheels to bikes in the same year.
Racing runs in her genes, her father RA Abdullah was a famous bike racer and a seven-time national champion. He is Alisha's mentor and coach.

She doesn't scorch the racing track, but the ramp and the silver screen as well. Her first movie was Irumbu Kuthirai, a Tamil flick. She played the role of a female biker gangster in the film. She also does modelling assignments for celebrity designers and top brands.
The 'fast-and-furious' girl from Chennai is now planning to start her own motorsport racing academy.
