The New Year is a time to reflect at the past 12 months and plan the next year. Most people commit to achieving things that they aspired to but due to some reason or the other, could not work towards their goal.

Many people make new year resolutions. Here is a list of the most common ones.

Numero Uno is the Losing Weight. It just seems the whole wide world has one common problem that unites it towards this end.

Number two is to Getting Organised

Next is Saving Moer money and curbing extravagant, unnecessary spending.

At number four is Enjoying life to the fullest. Surely, those resovling to do number three are not the same people making this resolution.

Staying fit and healthy is the next. If you thought, it should have been right at the top, look at the top one again. That may not seem much different from this.

Learn something exciting.

Quit smoking- You better do now.

Help others

Fall in love

At number ten is- spend more time with family.

But how many people making these resolutions are able to stick to these! Surely, more than you think. According to Statistic Brain Research Institute, more than 75% people go past the first week and around 46% stick to their resolutions beyond the first six months of the year.
