As we celebrate Lohri today, please remember to comply with the Total fire ban restrictions - meaning, you are not allowed to light, maintain or use a fire in the open air, or to carry out any activity in the open air that causes, or is likely to cause, a fire.
In plain words, a total fire ban means no bonfire, camp fire, operation of machine tools like angle grinders, and not even using a BBQ in your backyard if it has an open flame. Do's and don'ts are mentioned in here : http://www.dfes.wa.gov.au/totalfirebans/pages/totalfirebanwhatcantido.aspx
