Two men reported for Suspicious behaviour in Ballarat

Two men have been reported for allegedly filming children at Sebastopol on Wednesday.

Ballarat police are investigating an incident in Sebastopol on Wednesday.

A woman was at a water park on Vickers Street when she observed two men she believes were filming children about 5.10pm.

The woman approached the men, who appeared to be trying to conceal themselves behind a tree, and asked them if they were okay.

The pair didn’t respond and instead spoke to each other briefly and walked away.

They were last seen heading towards a soccer ground nearby.

Police have released an image of two men they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries. one of the men is believed to be wearing a turban and the other is clean shaven wearing a hoody top.
