Three new locally acquired COVID-19 cases have been reported in Victoria, taking the total number of active cases in the state to 36, out of which 24 cases are of community transmission and 12 are linked to returned travellers in hotel quarantine.
All the newly reported infections are linked to the existing Black Rock cluster which now stands at 24 cases.
The Keysborough gurudwara (Sikh temple) 'Sri Guru Granth Sahib' in Melbourne's southeast, Puffing Billy, and a Nando's restaurant in the CBD have also been added to Victoria's list of exposure sites.
The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has advised that a person with COVID-19 visited the Sikh temple on Perry Road during New Year's Day, between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Anyone who visited the Sikh temple during the date and time indicated above is advised to get tested immediately and quarantine for 14 days from the exposure.
The Keysborough gurudwara (Sikh temple) has provided the following update on its Facebook page.

Today's test results come from more than 32,000 tests on Sunday.
"This is a strong day for Victoria as it comes off the back of a huge number of tests. It's a positive day, but we still have a little way to go, but we will work very hard to get back to those zero-days," said the acting Premier Jacinta Allan.
Premier Daniel Andrews, who has been on leave, tweeted on Monday morning that the new cases were not what Victorians were hoping for, but that the virus was never going to just go away.
