Australian-Indian student becomes victim of online shopping scam

Bendigo-based Bhupinder Dhaliwal has become the latest victim of a bogus advertisement that popped up on his Facebook page featuring an electric bike at a steep discount. Even though he paid for the bicycle, but it was never delivered to him.
