India's Supreme Court has passed an order directing the Board of Control for Cricket in India's president Anurag Thakur and secretary Ajay Shirke to desist from any board functions.

The order came after the board failed to implement a series of reforms recommended by a panel headed by a former top judge, Rajendra Mal Lodha.
