When India's PM Narendra Modi visited Belgium this week, he identified terrorism as the major challenge for the world today.
Speaking in Burssels, Mr Modi urged the UN to legislate against states that promote militancy and conflict, stating that "terrorism is a scourge that effects everyone". He added, no religion should be perceived as promoting terrorism and the world must unite against it.
