In today's interview with Mr Dhillon, we provide you an update on the prestigious ceremony where Melbourne Mayor Robert Doyle presented him with a Certificate of Commendation at the recent Melbourne Awards.
In his speech Cr Doyle said, "He is truly an inspirational Melburnian - it was the act of an honest man of integrity".
