United States President Donald Trump says he misspoke at his news conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin, where he appeared to undermine findings of US intelligence agencies in relation to Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. It comes as Mr Trump returned to the US to face a barrage of criticism from all sides of the political divide. Dr. Alexey Muraviev the Associate Professor of National Security and Strategic Studies at Curtin University in Perth says that Vladimir Putin emerged as the winner of the dialogue in any way to look at it
