At least fourteen people are dead and dozens injured in Russia after an explosion tore through a train carriage in a St Petersburg metro tunnel. The blast happened between two stations, Sennaya Ploshchad and Tekhnologichesky Institut. Hours after the blast, police found an unexploded device at another metro station, Polshchad Vosstania.
