This week new information emerged from the various media sources in Chita that the Council of atamans of the Trans Baikal Cossacks organisation has discharged Simeon Boikov from his position of the Ataman of Australian regional branch of Trans Baikal Cossacks. According to the Zabmedia interview with the head Ataman of the Cossacks Gennady Chupin, the decision was made because “they are not happy with the nature of the international activities and also behaviour of the Australian”. We asked ZabTV journalist Artyom Kondratyev to shed some light on the story.
