Australian notebook. Fraud in the Day Care sector

The Department of Education named and shamed the operators of Day Care Centers who obtain government subsidies by fraud. Some of them are running phantom businesses, with no children in their care. In NSW inspectors now gained the right to enter the premises with no warning, to check if children are in attendance.
