Australian notebook: Smoking is in decline

Only 2,4 million Australians are smokers which is much less than in 2012 when new packaging rules have been but in place. Оnly 1% of those smokers use the e-cigarettes, again much less than in any other country. Contraband tobacco is still on sale. Some illegal cigarettes are produced from local crop which caused loss of budget revenues.
