British counterterrorism police are leading an investigation into the death of another Russian exile in west London. The death of Nikolai Glushkov comes amid heightened concern following a nerve-agent attack on a former Russian spy in southern England. It also comes as the British government says it has reopened investigations into the unexplained deaths of 14 Russia-linked individuals over the past 12 years.
