Yesterday at the Consulate General of the Russian Federation, Efim Solovey, one of Russian community members was awarded the Order of Friendship. Presenting the award, the Russian Ambassador Grigory Logvinov noted, that if began to list all the achievements of the nominee, then it would take a whole day. 93 y.o. laureate himself thinks that his main achievement has always been an ability to maintain friendly relations with everyone.
