The Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria is calling for ethnic communities to rise up against proposed changes to Section 18C of Australia's Racial Vilification Act.The council is urging Victoria's ethnic and multicultural communities to lobby the Federal Government to prevent the proposed changes from happening.The Government has announced a push to replace key words in the legislation.
