Children like reading Russian classics?

The global competition Zhivaya Klassika is about bringing the Russian speaking children together finding a common theme that unites them and this is the Russian language and literature. The competition is scaled to 80 countries with about 2,5 million children taking part in it annually. In 2019 Australia will be participating in Zhivaya Klassika for the 3 time and we ask one of the organisers about the main conditions for the young readers.
