It has been announced, that there is still plenty of time to complete the Census. It can be submitted via the website until 23 September and there will be no fines for completing it after Census night. But nevertheless what on Earth had happened to the 350 million dollar system supposed to guarantee that everything will be easy, fast and reliable?
