The eighth and final leader of the Soviet Union, Nobel peace prize winner Mikhail Gorbachev has died. He was widely considered one of the most significant figures of the twentieth century. We talk about the main moments in the history of his leadership with Dr Alexey Muraviev, Associate Professor of National Security and Strategic Studies at Curtin University (Perth).
