Duma elections at the Consulate of the Russian Federation in Sydney: interview with an observer

The State Duma elections took place in Russia from September 17-19. In Australia, the Russian citizens could vote in two cities - Canberra and Sydney. We spoke to Svetlana Asatryan, who was an observer at the Russian Consulate voting centre.
