Elections to the “proto-parliament” of Belarus will be held soon. What is it and does it have much influence?

Elections to the Coordination Council of Democratic Forces of Belarus will be held online on May 25-27, 2024. Australia-based Andrey Fedorov is one of the candidates in the upcoming elections. SBS Russian talked to him about the council and whether it is in fact possible to unite opposition forces under one cause.
