31 May is the World No Tobacco Day, which is founded by the World Health Organisation and global partners. The annual campaign is an opportunity to raise awareness on the deadly effects of tobacco use and second-hand smoke exposure, and to discourage the use of tobacco in any form. Dr. Arevik Gazaryan, a General Practitioner from Sydney, gave some advice on how to quit this bad habit.
