'When I play music, I become Petrushka, Moor, ballerina and magician', - says the internationally renowned Oxana Shevchenko who is back to Australia this month for recital concerts. Three years ago she became the finalist of Sydney International Piano competition and named as a an emphatic piano player with "a keen ear for texture". We ask Oxana where this empathy comes and discuss her addiction to learning foreign languages and her new role as a young mother of little girl.
