Two former prime ministers have entered into the debate over Indigenous disadvantage as Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull reports to parliament on progress in closing the gap. Kevin Rudd says he fears Australia could be facing another stolen generation of Aboriginal children. And Tony Abbott has called on Government ministers to visit remote communities.
