The initiative of the Victorian government to subsidise 50 TAFE courses and make them free for the students has seen a literally overwhelming demand with some classes blown up more than twice the usual size and some courses even cancelled. While the criticism comes from the teachers and unlucky students, we met the newly enrolled Natalia Demina and Yulia Alba who told us how amazing this opportunity is for their professional and personal development.
